The Yealink SIP-T21P is an entry-level 2-line IP phone built for straightforward business calling and cost-effective deployment on SIP-based IP PBX systems. It features a 132 x 64-pixel graphical LCD with a clear 5-line data display, supports 2 SIP/VoIP accounts, and includes HD voice with a full-duplex hands-free speakerphone supporting local 3-way conferencing. Dual 10/100 Mbps network ports support extended network use, and the phone includes security features like IPv6, OpenVPN, SRTP, HTTPS, and TLS, making it a workable option for small and larger office environments alike when paired with a compatible IP PBX.

Important: this product has reached End-of-Life. Yealink discontinued the original T21P for sale on June 30, 2015, with full end-of-life support ending June 30, 2020. Its successor, the T21P E2, was also later discontinued as of September 30, 2021. Both models are off Yealink’s active product line, and the manufacturer’s recommended replacement is the Yealink T31P, which is currently active and available.
