Ivonix ships to all towns and cities across Kenya. Customers are required to provide accurate delivery details, including full name, phone number, delivery address, town, and any special delivery instructions.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Handling time: 0 – 1 business day (Monday – Saturday)
- Transit time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Saturday)
- Total delivery time: 1 – 3 business days
- Order Cut off time: 6:00PM

Flat Rate Fee: Ksh 500
3. Pick-Up Option
Customers may choose to collect their orders from Ivonix at Corner House Building, 5th Floor, Shop A3 during official business hours
