APC’s BVS6501 pairs a 650 VA rating with 375W of usable output in a line-interactive, tower design. As a result, a computer, router, POS till or CCTV recorder stay powered during blackouts and shielded from unstable utility voltage.

How the BVS6501 protects your equipment

The BVS6501 uses line-interactive regulation with automatic voltage regulation (AVR). During normal running it cleans the mains and corrects under- and over-voltage electronically, so the BVS6501 calls on its battery only for genuine outages, which keeps that battery healthier for longer.

Ideal applications

• Small sites where simplicity and running cost matter — the design is efficient and only draws on the battery when the mains actually fails.
• A till, router or small recorder that must not lose power abruptly — 375W is sized for light loads that need clean shutdown rather than long runtime.
• Mixed local plug types (Kenyan / UK / EU) without adapters — the universal output sockets accept several plug standards directly.
