2. Products and Descriptions
We make every reasonable effort to describe our products accurately, including specifications, images, and model numbers. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item in colour, packaging, or minor design details. Manufacturers may also change specifications without notice.
All products we sell are genuine and sourced from reputable suppliers. If you receive an item that does not match its description, it may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Availability
All products are subject to availability. Although we work to keep stock information current, an item may occasionally sell out or become unavailable after you place an order. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly and offer an alternative product or a full refund of any amount already paid.
4. Prices and VAT
- All prices are shown in Kenya Shillings (KES).
- Prices displayed on product and category pages are exclusive of VAT and are marked “Ex-VAT”.
- VAT is not added at checkout. The total shown in your cart is the amount payable for the items ordered. If you require a VAT invoice for your purchase, please contact our sales team.
- A flat delivery fee of Ksh 500 applies to all orders within Kenya and is shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typing or system error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price; we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where the delivery details are incomplete or cannot be verified, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
Please make sure the details you give us are accurate and complete, including your full name, phone number, and delivery address.
6. Payment
Orders placed through this website are paid on delivery, by cash or M-Pesa. You pay the full amount, including any delivery charge, directly to our delivery agent when your order is handed over, or at our store if you are collecting in person.
We do not collect card or bank details through our online checkout. If you require a different payment arrangement, for example a bank transfer or a corporate purchase order, please contact our sales team to agree this before your order is dispatched.
7. Delivery
We deliver within Nairobi and to other locations across Kenya through trusted courier, rider, parcel, or transport providers. Delivery timelines, charges, and customer responsibilities are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery or collection. We ask that you inspect your items at the point of delivery or collection.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, the return window is 2 days from the date of delivery or collection, and approved refunds are processed within 2 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. 9. Warranty
Products are covered by the warranty offered by the manufacturer or authorised distributor, where such a warranty applies. Warranty periods and terms vary by brand and product. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, unauthorised repair or modification, or normal wear and tear. Please retain your invoice or receipt, as proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
