The module provides 20 physical dual-colour LED keys, expandable to 60 programmable functions total via page switching — covering BLF, speed dial, call forward, transfer, call park, pickup, and more. Up to three EXP50 units can be attached to a single compatible phone, adding up to 180 additional programmable keys, making it well suited to receptionists, administrative assistants, and contact centre staff managing high call volumes.
