For sites that cannot afford downtime, the SRV2KRIRK supplies 2000 VA / 1600W of backed-up, conditioned power. This rack-mountable double-conversion online unit from APC by Schneider Electric bridges outages and smooths out a noisy grid for servers, workstations, POS clusters and networking racks.

Design and power handling

With the SRV2KRIRK, protection is constant rather than reactive. The double-conversion design filters every disturbance and outputs a conditioned 1600W sine wave, so sensitive loads see no glitches. Should mains fail, the SRV2KRIRK carries the load instantly and can trigger an orderly shutdown over USB or serial.

Ideal applications

• Sites with unstable mains, frequent surges or generator changeover — the double-conversion output is rebuilt continuously, so equipment never sees input disturbances.
